A pilates teacher used the word coccyx as a point of reference and a woman innocently shouted out "Where is my coccyx?".  The teacher responded, "I will tell you after class.".

We are too ignorant about our bodies and way too often ditto for those that love us.

Study a little anatomy when you have a few minutes....get out a mirror and take a look at the places you might not and just come to learn more about you and your lover....learn, and come to accept yourself as you are now because that is all there is.  Everything is temporary.

Even the most "perfect" looking people are not as perfect as they appear in the moment and looks are fleeting so cultivate your soul beauty.
