Lisa Cholodenko "The Kids Are All Right" but how about knowledge of women's external signs of arousal? by Evye Stanten

I watched the film "The Kids Are All Right" and Lisa Chodokeno remains a dynamic and interesting film maker but I had to question her choice of two Lesbian Moms watching gay men porn flicks and explaining to their teenage son that female lesbian porn features straight women (*implying below par) and that gay men show external signs of sexual excitement women don't.
The medical doctor (gyno/obstetrician?) Mom proudly comes home one afternoon bragging about how many fibroid tumors she has removed. Can she treat me? I haven't touched mine for fear of upsetting my high **sex drive and also I can't find an medical doctor like her that is covered by my health insurance.
The fictional MD character seems to know little else about women's sexuality because if she did she would know females have just as dramatic signs of external excitement.. The clitoris is like an uncircumcised penis with a hood. When women get genital piercings they tend to pick their hood that cover the clitoris - I should say the glans of the clitoris. The clitoris has a head, the glans, which when excited just like a penis is erect and can be seen if one bothers to look! The "head" top part of the glans can be seen excited or not. There are obvious signs of external excitement and one is wetness and two is erections and engorgement. The breasts actually get bigger and so does everything else in a beautiful way. You should hopefully know the drill, or rather the signs, including even the face show signs of excitement, breathing, nipples, etc.

When I discuss this with my doctors they seem kind of surprised. Sexually, women and the majority of people that are interested in our sexuality male and female are in the dark ages with even more that have no interest at all. I am not a sex addict so I don't do anything stupid or dangerous but I sure feel like I am in a minority in a lot of ways.

Evye Stanten on vacation good bye for now
First to the kinky guy following my brand spanking new blog, wow and thank you. To create a new blog and find myself with someone open and out there following me was very touching.
I have 2 people that immediately go from Facebook to this blog so for them as well I am done posting at least for now.
Why?
It is a lot of work and I can't really do what I want to here. I also want to earn money writing about these themes which would mean a high volume of postings as in a lot of work and looking for sponsors and I don't have time.
I had a nightmarish experience with Google Ad Words way back and they did not make amends. I wasn't going to sue them but it proved they were not set up to work with erotic and non-fiction writers not in the porn industry. I believe Google Ad Words mishap, Google's fault although they did nothing except say oops sorry, damaged a relationship with a paying employer (major presence online) I had signed a contract with.
I was deeply honored that Tera Patrick and Belladonna or whom ever runs their Facebook pages picked me up write or should I say right away. I thought about removing this blog completely but for that reason alone I am keeping it up. Ditto for the Germaine Greer Facebook page and Betty Dodson who really was and is a dynamo radically changing and empowering women sexually. She did something unique that no sex toy manufacturer ever did and that was create something to strengthen kegel muscles that also happen to give you sexual pleasure.
I met the owner of Jimmy Jane and his rep. and asked them to please start designing toys that will strengthen our muscles as well as give us pleasure. He nodded and his eyes glazed over. The rep. had promised to send me their newest toy because of the review I wrote and FYI, Jimmy Jane did not keep their promise. Do you think I am going to rush out and buy any Jimmy Jane products any time soon?
Also note: it is about relaxing muscles as much as strengthening them. I have seen many people rip Betty Dodson off on lots of levels but truly Betty Dodson did work educating and empowering women like no one else and they women that ripped off her work missed the mark. Isn't that always the case. One group of women actually marketed a rip-off of Betty's Barbell and stop carrying Betty's Barbell in their store. Today the rip-off is gone and Betty' Barbell is back.
I also use to submit my writing both fiction and non-fiction to women editors for book publication and I don't anymore. I have been published on line but have yet to make it in to the books. I also made it a point of never buying any books these women edit ever again. I realized I did not want to support their choices since their choice included excluding me. There was one exception, an amazing woman who did give me help when I asked her for help with an online project. Can I tell you I once defended a woman who ended up rejecting every submission of mine. A brief lover of mine told me he is her friend. I wanted to vomit. Is there a way to take back standing up for someone? I can't help but think I defended a vapid empty headed girl-woman who happen to be in the right place a the right time or knew someone. How ironic I would get together with someone who considers her a friend. It is also about networking and I just don't.
Is it because I am not gay, bi., because I am the real deal but have never done porno, dancing, etc.?
I don't fit into any group. As Kermit the Frog says it isn't easy being green. But it is all about groups isn't it?
I have found nothing upsets people more than authenticity. There are a lot of people out there that are posers. They got what they got because of who they know and who they blow. I have never dated anyone or did anything sexually with anyone to help my career. Does that mean I have a low sexual IQ?
I met two women that wrote books that are empowering who were in the industry and one still is . There books were the real deal and smart but real life contact with them made me want to have no contact with them. I threw away their books.
I would like to get my work of fiction and non-fiction in a series of books at some point. I have to laugh because everyone on the planet seems to have published a book except for me.

Are viewers looking to tune in to TV shows like this and HBO shows like True Blood that have graphic sexual scenes that get as close to porn as possible because people want to have some sexy experiences in the comfort of their home from the TV set and this is socially acceptable? Who knows, who cares but based on the next paragraph from Callahan's article talking about oral sex and sex toys, one wonders.

Kim Kardashian looks like she is coming very close to the too much surgery line that so many actors and actresses, porn stars and entertainers have. There is nothing in the TV show that you would want youngsters to aspire to yet so many tune in. This is not the Brady's Bunch or The Patridge Family. Are they a distraction from our own problems or are we secretly wishing we could have our own reality shows and make the big bucks? X amount want to date the sisters but most tune in for the Sex-Bomb Soap Opera I guess.
Would I like to have my body fine tuned with the help of what MD's have to offer? I think about it but so far I haven't bothered and there has been no reason to.
I remember a scene from the reality TV show on plastic surgeons and porn star Jesse Jane wakes up after having her breasts done and she is in excruciating pain. I have been told that the surgery could make your nipples less sensitive. Have no idea if that is true but I don't want any part of my body made less sensitive do you?
I don't think the Kardashians are sending a message of self acceptance and loving yourself as your are which is what Americans can use a healthy dose of.
I am pro-sex and can't deal with the sexual hypocrisy. TV and ads, even cartoons have "stuff" going on that is down right sexual and even resembling porno and the line between porno and just about everything else gets thinner and thinner yet porno gets the dirty filthy label but plenty of Hollywood's royalty have done a lot that porn stars have done on screen so what is the difference? There is very little difference.
The anti-women hatred is rife in TV including the constant "weighing" and self-rejecting in pursuit of being "air brushed", spewing in the name of religion which I have even heard out on the street...I am not Christian but no wonder Christ preferred Mary Magdalene to those supposed people that kidded themselves they were so good. Most people spewing hate really hate themselves but a target outside themselves gives them relief and women have been the number 1 scapegoat even by other women.
The people that are most filled with anti-sex rhetoric usually have the most sex guilt and shame they can't face and therefore victimize innocent people.
America is really screwed up sexually and just looking at mainstream American films handling of sex versus other countries is proof. America is Puritanical except that the Puritans in reality where far from pure but isn't that always the case?
To get the misogyny out of porno, mainstream TV show, rap music, any kind of music, and that includes consciousness raising including with women who can be the most harsh judges and haters of fellow women -- go figure...
Around the world there is intense violence of the worst kinds directed at women and in America women have it better than others but we still have such a long way to go.
I wrote my piece on Women Porn Stars turned Media Moguls and my guess is these women have been through hell and back but some how they found a way to come out on top...no pun intended. By the way most women on this planet have been through hell and back and had to deal with some kind of violating experience.
Do I watch the Kardashian TV show sometimes? Yes. I dreamt saw 2 very bright green insects like miniature prey mantis, really vivid were having sex on some little object and I went to grab my phone to take a picture and the insects still locked in their sex position had landed on my phone so I couldn't touch the phone and take the photo!
