With an instructor, I did some gravity defying moves not far from the ground and I loved it.
All the blood in my body was flowing.
I also love lovers that can pick me up and make me feel like I am defying gravity and if they can't physically do that, I love a lover that some how can make me feel that anyway! Believe me there are ways....
